Marvin Chikadibia Ugorji (Born 28 March,1986), also referred to by her Pen and Music name Marvin Ugorji or Waves.

Nekede,Owerri,Imo State,Nigeria.He was born in Abia State,Nigeria by
Joseph Amanze Ndubuisi Ugorji and Maria Chinenye Ezemandu who worked
with Nitel and Nipost,Nigeria.
==ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION== He is the first financial secretary of ASTEC ALUMNI. He graduated from ASTEC in 2003.During his stay in ASTEC,he joined an Acappella singing group by name “Kings Ambassadors” due to his love for music. The singing group was made up of Victor Ugoala(Vocalist),Marvin Ugorji(Tenor and Vocalist),Ejere Ugboh Kalu(Tenor)Late Hans Nwachukwu(1st Alto),Late Finebone Peter(2nd Alto),Ndubuisi Alor(Bass).Marvin Ugorji later went on to Michael Okpara University,Umuahia(MOUU) for a pre-degree programme in biochemistry.He later got his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering Technology from Federal University of Technology,Owerri(FUTO).He also formed a singing group known as “Paradise Singers” in FUTO.Paradise singers was made up of four singers by name,Marvin Ugorji(Vocalist),Chigozie Ofoedu(Alto),Anthony Ejimofor(Tenor),Dube Lawson(Bass).
Marvin Ugorji is an indigene of Umuduru-Umualum Nekede,Owerri,Imo state,Nigeria.He is a member of Association of Nigerian Authors(ANA),A senior member of Federal Ex-students Christian Association(FECA)www.fecanigeria.com or www.fecanigeria.net .An Ex-president of National Society of Black Engineers,Futo chapter(NSBE) and also an Ex- web-designer with destiny computers in Lagos state.He is also the founder of USAA-Universal Science and Arts Association.

Marvin Ugorji was born into the family of Mr. and Mrs Joseph Amanze Ugorji in general hospital Aba at exactly 7.00pm in the evening as the second child in the family out of five boys.We hails from a humble,Christian background in Umualum Nekede Owerri-west local government area of Imo state,Nigeria.
Due to the calibre of existence of our family,we were trained up in a very responsible,God fearing,Adventrous and Hilarious manner in the sense that we can adapt and utilize the little that we have.He is three times Nigerian idol contestant,2 times Mtn Project fame contestant and Glo X-factor contestant.
